4. Action Agenda
A. Motion, discussion, and vote to convene in executive session for the purpose of discussing any resignations or retirements tendered, the employment of the district administrators and directors for the school year. Hiring Classified Personnel on a temporary contract for the 2025-2026 school year, Hiring Certified Personnel on a temporary contract for the 2025-2026 school year, and discussing the purchase of real property, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit.25 § 307(8)(1) (3).

D. Voted to approve the resignations of: Alisen Key- Lincoln Elementary Paraprofessional, Hailey Eatherly- Lincoln Elementary Paraprofessional, Debbie Bender- Lincoln Elementary Paraprofessional, and Brittany Walker- Lincoln Elementary Physical Education Aide
E. Voted to approve hiring the following Classified Personnel on a temporary contract for the 2025-2026 school year: Melissa Brown- Lincoln Elementary Paraprofessional, Kelsey Stone- Jefferson Elementary Paraprofessional, and Jocelyn Steele- Pryor District Custodian.
F. Voted to approve extra duty and salary adjustments as submitted for the 2025-2026 school year.
G. Voted to approve a one-time incentive payment for certified and non-certified personnel for the 2025-2026 school year. ($2,000 at the November pay period)

L. Voted to approve allowing the District Treasurer to invest any of the district's available cash funds in the district's own non-payable warrants from funds which are depleted within the current fiscal year.
M. Voted to approve Change Order No. 1 for the Pryor Stadium project.
5. Superintendent's Report
Saturday, Sept. 27th, the Pride of Pryor Marching Band had their first contest at Oologah at the Stallion Battalion Invitational.
In preliminary performance, the Pride earned a 3rd place in class 5A behind Claremore and Carthage, MO. In caption awards, the band earned 2nd place trophies in class 5A for both Drum Majors and Percussion, and a 3rd place trophy for color guard. Out of 16 bands, the Pride finished 3rd place overall.
In Finals competition, the Pride bumped up to earn a 2nd place overall Finish behind Claremore. This is the highest finish for the band at this particular contest since 2018.
This week the Pride of Pryor took 3rd place in class 5A in prelims, and in finals placed 6th out of 15 very talented bands, regardless of classification. As an added bonus, the Pride of Pryor was voted the Fan Favorite of the competition!
Congratulations to the junior high softball team for winning their conference championship and to the high school softball team for winning their district championship!
